About the Role:

 We are looking for a friendly and proactive Admin Intern to join our caring team at our confinement centre in Damansara Heights, which is a subsidiary company under our group. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, is eager to learn, and wants to gain real-world experience in a nurturing environment that supports mothers and newborns. 

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and updating records.
  • Support the front desk team in welcoming guests and attending to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Help manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure a smooth experience for mothers and families.
  • Assist in inventory and stock management for baby essentials, office supplies, and centre amenities.
  • Prepare simple reports, invoices, or purchase requests under the guidance of your supervisor.
  • Coordinate with nurses, caregivers, and housekeeping teams to support daily operations.
  • Help with centre activities such as family visits.
  • Uphold confidentiality and show care when handling client information.
  • Contribute to creating a warm, organized, and supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 4 - 6 months. 
  • Willing to work on-site in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
