Job Description

• This position is applicable for students or fresh graduates who are interested in internship position in operation role in online e-commerce business.
• You will learn and practice business processes on merchant service, customer service and/or fulfilment.
• You will need to deliver excellent customer & merchant service and manage the needs of customers/merchants through a range of communication channel (phone, email, etc).
• You will follow up after sales service, ensure a smooth customer & merchant on boarding process.
• You will liaise, coordinate and follow up closely with all related departments to ensure customers/merchants expectations are met and completed as agreed.
• Work on ad hoc projects as may be required.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about the work
• Positive attitude and flexible personality
• Good command of English (Written and Verbal)
• Proficiency in Mandarin (Written and Verbal) will be an added advantage
• At least 3 months engagement with the company
• Able to work on your own and as well as with the team
