Job Description

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources & Administration? Join our dynamic team at Motherhood.com.my and be part of a fast-paced environment where you will learn the fundamentals of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration! 

  • Office Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • HR Administration Assistance: Support HRA tasks including updating employee records, preparing formal documents and scheduling interviews. Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Staff On-boarding and Off-boarding: Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientations, as well as managing the off-boarding process for departing staff.
  • Office Engagement and Events: Support the HRA team in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ad-hoc: Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HRA team 

Job Requirements

  • Current University/Polytechnic students in Business, HR Management studies, or a related field.
  • Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months with the possibility of converting to full-time position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with staff and visitors. 
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism, work independently and take initiative, managing tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic. 
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to various HR tasks and administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in using MS and Google online applications.
