You will play marketing role and champion the growth of customer acquisition, retention &amp; branding for a network of fast growing parenting platforms &amp; influencer community (Motherhood.com.my, Kelabmama.com, Ibuencer.com).&nbsp;

KOL Identification and Recruitment:
<ul>
<li>Research and identify potential KOLs who align with the brand’s values and target audience.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing KOLs.</li>
<li>Conduct outreach to potential KOLs through various channels (email, social media, networking events).</li>
</ul>
Relationship Management:
<ul>
<li>Build and nurture relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term partnerships.</li>
<li>Regularly communicate with KOLs to provide support, share brand updates, and address any concerns.</li>
<li>Organize and manage KOL events, meet-ups, and collaborations.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Development and Execution:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Coordinate and oversee KOL participation in campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.</li>
<li>Track and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns to measure ROI and effectiveness.</li>
</ul>
Content Creation and Collaboration:
<ul>
<li>Work with KOLs to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with the target audience.</li>
<li>Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Facilitate co-branded content creation, including videos, blogs, social media posts, and more.</li>
</ul>
Reporting and Analysis:
<ul>
<li>Monitor and report on the performance of KOL campaigns and partnerships.</li>
<li>Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns based on data analysis.</li>
<li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.</li>
</ul>
Budget Management:
<ul>
<li>Assist in managing the budget for KOL activities and campaigns.</li>
<li>Ensure cost-effective use of resources while achieving desired outcomes.</li>
</ul>
