As a Remote Motherhood Community Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and engaging our community of mothers across various social media platforms and forums. Your primary responsibility will be to foster meaningful connections, provide valuable support, and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Job Decription

    -Community Engagement: Be the friendly face of our community and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & XHS), actively interacting with members, responding to inquiries, and fostering discussions that promote positivity and support. -Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content tailored to the interests and needs of our motherhood community, including seeding, social media updates. -Moderation: Maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere within our community by enforcing community guidelines and addressing any inappropriate behaviour or conflicts. -Event Coordination: Organize virtual events, workshops, and discussions to facilitate networking, education, and empowerment among mothers in our community. -Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from community members to inform decision-making and improve the overall community experience. Provide monthly insight report. -Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align community initiatives with broader brand strategies and campaigns.

    -Passion for Motherhood: You should have a genuine interest in supporting and empowering mothers in their journey through parenthood. -Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with community members effectively. -Empathy and Patience: An empathetic and patient attitude will help you build trust and rapport within the community, especially during challenging or sensitive discussions. -Organizational Abilities: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment is crucial. -Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in using various social media platforms and community management tools is preferred. -Previous Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in community management, social media management, or content creation is a plus.
