What You’ll Do

1. On-Ground Event Support

• Assist in planning and executing brand activations, pop-up booths, and promotional events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, registration, giveaways, and customer engagement.
• Support Senss and other brands at key events such as Parentcraft, Fun Health Fest, and influencer gatherings.
• Engage with event attendees, introduce products, and facilitate product sampling or sales.
• Capture event content (photos/videos) for social media updates.

2. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Assist with sales activities at events and pop-up stores.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of products like Senss and Mama Siti's product range.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
• Provide real-time customer support and follow up with inquiries.

3. Marketing & Social Media Support

• Assist in content creation for social media, including event highlights and customer testimonials.
• Help develop creative promotional materials (flyers, posters, digital content).
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign execution for Senss, Ren, and Care+.
• Support influencer collaborations and product seeding efforts.

Job Requirements

Who You Are

• A student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about events, marketing, and engaging with people.
• A great communicator, confident in interacting with customers and event attendees.
• Social media-savvy and able to create basic content (photos/videos).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Previous event experience or sales/customer service background is a plus!
