Job Description

• Plan, arrange and supervise daily landscape maintenance works.
• Schedule employees’ daily tasks and assign work locations.
• Prepare and submit work reports, site photos, and progress updates.
• Work together with the maintenance team on-site and assist in resolving site issues.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, transportation, and daily work arrangements.
• Ensure all works are completed according to company requirements and client instructions.
• Monitor and control the proper use of tools, machinery, and company vehicles.
• Maintain good communication with clients, project teams, and the office.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Landscape Maintenance is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to work independently, plan work schedules, and solve on-site problems.
• Possess a valid GDL Licence.
• Willing to travel and work on-site.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work well with others.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
