Job Description

1. Receive information, data project, or LA from QS for every upcoming project.
2. Follow up for every site ongoing for measurements, drawings and photos from the site to prepare claim progress every month.
3. Preparing progress claims as follows priority and dateline clients and giving them to the QS or director for approval.
4. Prepare 2 copy hardcopy of the complete claim progress and send them to PIC to get verification for every claim progress.
5. Make sure all copies that are returned to the office, are signed and verified by clients and recorded and saved in the filing.
6. Prepare variation Orders either additional or omission before the start, ongoing, or after the project and make sure all variations get approval.
7. Inform QS by updating Google Drive for every claim that has been submitted for QS to follow PIC to get a Certificate claim.
8. To prepare and claim retention sum from the applicable project.
9. To update tasks in the platform, google sheet – Make a schedule for every work done every day
10. To deal with parties (Consultant, QS Site, Site Supervisor) - To solve the misunderstanding and solve the problem

Job Requirements

1-2 year Quantity Surveyor-related working experience
Diploma In Quantity Surveyor
