Job Description

1. Attend meetings or receive calls or WhatsApp messages from clients, consultants, colleagues, or principal contractors when they invite quotations or tenders.
2. Discuss the project details (softscape, hardscape, design, maintenance, irrigation or supply only), works scope, payment term, and duration period of the project (CPC) so that the client may make a final decision.
3. Conduct a site visit to gain an understanding of the site's condition and to gather images or information that can be shared with the Quantity Surveyor or Landscape Designer.
4. Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor to provide information and discuss the client's needs until the project is completed and to ensure their satisfaction.
5. If a request for supply is only being made, he or she will directly speak with Purchasing to ensure that the client receives the items or goods as they request.
6. Provide feedback to project teams to ensure that client satisfaction is achieved if there are any comments or problems after work is completed.

Job Requirements

Working Experiences:

An experience of at least 3 and above in the Sales Marketing field.

Academic:

Degree level or higher in the field of Bachelor of Business (Marketing) (Hons), or related fields

Applicable Skill & Knowledge:

1. Language in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese and English
2. A strong understanding of sales and marketing
3. A thorough understanding of the procedures and flow of a project, the construction industry, or market rates
4. Effective communication with clients and the ability to persuade them.
5. Have a friendly attitude, a strong sense of courage and confidence, as well as the ability to think critically.
