Job Description

We’re looking for curious, people-driven interns who want to learn how startups grow. At Kinux, you won’t be stuck making photocopies — you’ll be part of a small, agile team working directly with the founder to explore new markets, connect with clients, and shape growth strategies from the ground up.

This internship is about real exposure: from learning how to pitch, to understanding client needs, to seeing how digital solutions are built and scaled. If you’re excited to get hands-on experience and make an impact, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients (SMEs, startups, service-based businesses).
  • Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and outreach content.
  • Join client meetings, take notes, and support follow-ups.
  • Keep our lead database/CRM updated and organized.
  • Brainstorm new ideas with the team and test simple growth strategies.
  • Own outreach & appointment setting: run daily multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp where appropriate) to book qualified meetings.
     

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, business strategy, or startups.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and booking meetings via LinkedIn/email/WhatsApp.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal).
  • Comfortable with research, presentations, and engaging with people.
  • Proactive learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions or suggest ideas.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn outreach, Canva, Figma, or similar).
