As a Clinic Assistant / Medical Assistant you keep clinics running smoothly by assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, managing medications and inventory, coordinating patient registration, and maintaining hygiene across rostered shifts including midnight coverage. You are the practical backbone who helps clinicians focus on patient care while the clinic stays organised and responsive.

• Expand patient-facing experience by managing registration, triage, and professional phone communications under the guidance of experienced clinicians.

Job Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required
• Associate’s diploma/degree in nursing or medical assisting from an accredited program
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Clinic Nurse, Clinic Assistant or similar healthcare role preferred
• Knowledgeable about healthcare trends and developments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, ethical, and approachable demeanor
• Own reliable transportation and able to work in rotation shifts and cover midnight shifts (1-3 times per week)
