Join us as our Senior Digital Designer, where you’ll take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, collaborate closely with clients and our team, and bring creative ideas to life across different digital platforms.

This is a DESIGNER role. Not a DEVELOPER role.

Senior Digital Designer – Job Scope

1. Create designs and mockups for corporate and e-commerce websites
2. Design desktop and mobile versions of websites
3. Create social media creatives, digital marketing materials and motion graphics
4. Lead and oversee creative projects and campaigns, ensuring the visual direction, quality, timelines, and final deliverables meet the required standards.
5. Translate creative briefs and client requirements into compelling visual concepts that align with the client's objectives, brand guidelines, target audience, and overall marketing strategy.
6. Conduct user research and apply UX/UI best practices to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.
7. Use AI tools daily — concepting, copy drafting, asset generation, rapid prototyping — to compress a week of exploration into a day
8. Ensure consistency and attention to detail across typography, colour, composition, layout, imagery, and other visual elements across all projects.
9. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, creatives, and clients throughout the design process, presenting concepts, participating in discussions and design reviews, and incorporating relevant feedback.
10. Participate in creative pitches and campaign proposals, contributing ideas, concepts, visual directions, and presentations to help win and develop new projects.
11. Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Designers
12. Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring work is delivered to the required quality standards and agreed timelines.
13. Carry out other design-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful web design projects and design work.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, UI/UX and Web Design.
• Solid skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) 
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field
• Understanding of the role design plays in social media and digital advertising.
• Confident in your creative work and comfortable in presenting your proposals.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
• Proactive. You’re all about taking the first step and exploring new solutions 
• Collaborative. Listening, written, and verbal communication is something you’re comfortable with.
• Curious. You’ve got an insatiable wonder for all things creative and technology and where the two merge.
• We prefer at least 4 years of working experience, but candidates with informal alternatives (such as side projects) and portfolios showcasing this are welcome to apply!

Nice-to-Haves

• WordPress / WooCommerce / Shopify theme design experience
• SaaS dashboard or product design work
• Motion, illustration, or brand identity capability
• AI design tools
