Job Description

Upon confirmation, monthly incentive will be provided based on sales and KPI achieved. Range from RM300 to RM2,000

• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the related Dept whenever necessaries.
• Achieve individual and team sales target.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase order value.
• Build and maintain good relationships based on customer needs.
• Maintain customer records and purchase history for follow up.
• Respond/ Reply to customer inquiries about products, pricing, promotions and availability.
• Assist customers with order placement and payment process
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Dept whenever necessaries.
• Inform customers of promotion, campaign and product launches.
• Update Sales report
• Provide feedback on customer trends and product demand
• Any ad-hoc assigned by superior/ Management

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification.
• MALAYSIAN only
• MANDARIN speaker only.
• Mandatory to have prior experience in indoor sales, with a proven sales track record.
• Preferable with customer service experience in Facebook Livestream.
• Able to work shift, weekend and Public Holidays.
• Able to work in Puchong.
• Own transport
