Job Description
We are hiring friendly and sales orientated sales promoter to join our Johor Bahru Outlet.
We provide sales commission on top of remuneration
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Work with the team to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on product features/ knowledge and benefits.
- Answer inquiries and handle any issues promptly.
- Process purchases (POS) accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
- Maintain attractive product displays.
- Store Cleanliness – Ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.
- Any ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Preferable incumbent with Mandarin proficiency due to business requirement.
- Able to work on weekend and public holidays.
- Working Hours: Shift
- At least SPM/ above.
- Experience in homeware/ lifestyle/ healthcare retail is an advantage.
