• Review AR, AP, GL entries prepared by branch account executive.
• Review/prepare PNL analysis and provide the comments and correction.
• Review/prepare balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ensure closing tasks are completed accurately or correction.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare the intercompany reconciliation and ensure intercompany transaction are tally.
• Monitor aging of outstanding reconciliation items.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standard, tax filing and statutory requirement.
• Manage SST submission and E-invoicing submission.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and relevant authorities.
• Assisting fellow colleagues and performing any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or management. 

Job Requirements

• Master/Degree in Accounting with a fully certified qualification from ACCA/CIMA/ACA and highly experienced.
• Minimum 4- 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting systems. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to define and manage staff job scopes and scheduling effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage data entry and financial accuracy on a daily basis.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
