🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, limits, and benefits before treatment.
• Handle Guarantee Letter (GL) submissions, approvals, tracking, and follow-ups with TPAs insurance companies.
• Manage pre-authorization requests for procedures, treatments, and surgeries.
• Submit and follow up on medical claims through e-claims / insurance portals.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to obtain medical reports and supporting documents.
• Explain insurance coverage and patient payable amounts clearly to patients.
• Assist with insurance billing, invoicing, and claim reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate patient, insurance, claims, and billing records.
• Liaise with insurance companies and TPAs regarding clarifications, discrepancies, and claim issues.
• Ensure all documentation and processes comply with clinic and insurance requirements.

Job Requirements

🔑 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical administration.
• Experience in medical insurance/claims processing is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with TPA, Guarantee Letters (GL), and pre-authorisation.
• Familiarity with e-claims submission, insurance portals, and medical billing systems.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology; ophthalmology / eye treatments is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and timely claims processing
