We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media / Marketing Manager to play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and drive digital growth by leading impactful campaigns across multiple platforms. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy keeping things organised, this is the perfect opportunity for you! 
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook and Instagram (feed posts, Reels, Stories) showcasing clinic services, patient education, and behind-the-scenes content.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Grow and engage the clinic's social media following, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Coordinate photo and video shoots at the clinic, including patient testimonials (with consent) and procedure explainers, in line with medical privacy requirements.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Track key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, cost-per-appointment) and report monthly performance with actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Work with the Medical Director and clinical staff to ensure all content is medically accurate and compliant with healthcare advertising guidelines in Malaysia.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage the clinic's content calendar across campaigns, promotions, and health awareness dates (e.g. World Sight Day, Diabetic Eye Awareness Month).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain brand consistency across all social and digital marketing materials.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep OasisEye's digital presence current and competitive.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support broader marketing initiatives, including website updates, Google Business Profile management, and email/WhatsApp patient communications as needed.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Plan, visit and liase with Opticians, Optometrists amongst others and plan/schedule screening visits and regular update visits.</li>
</ul>

• Create &amp; schedule FB/IG posts, Reels &amp; Stories; run Meta Ads, handle DMs, coordinate shoots, track campaigns
• Patient-focused eye clinic, content vetted by MD for clinical accuracy &amp; compliance
• Own campaigns that drive bookings &amp; growth!
