We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media / Marketing Manager to play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and drive digital growth by leading impactful campaigns across multiple platforms. •  Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook and Instagram (feed posts, Reels, Stories) showcasing clinic services, patient education, and behind-the-scenes content.
•  Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
•  Grow and engage the clinic's social media following, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner.
•  Coordinate photo and video shoots at the clinic, including patient testimonials (with consent) and procedure explainers, in line with medical privacy requirements.
•  Track key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, cost-per-appointment) and report monthly performance with actionable recommendations.
•  Work with the Medical Director and clinical staff to ensure all content is medically accurate and compliant with healthcare advertising guidelines in Malaysia.
•  Manage the clinic's content calendar across campaigns, promotions, and health awareness dates (e.g. World Sight Day, Diabetic Eye Awareness Month).
•  Maintain brand consistency across all social and digital marketing materials.
•  Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep OasisEye's digital presence current and competitive.
•  Support broader marketing initiatives, including website updates, Google Business Profile management, and email/WhatsApp patient communications as needed.
•  Plan, visit and liase with Opticians, Optometrists amongst others and plan/schedule screening visits and regular update visits.

Job Requirements

•  4–10 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or a service-based industry.
•  Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
•  Strong understanding of Instagram content formats (Reels, Stories, carousels) and current platform trends.
•  Basic photography, videography, and editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express) for in-house content creation.
•  Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or local dialects a plus.
•  Comfortable working in a clinical environment and handling patient-related content sensitively and confidentially.
•  Data-driven mindset, comfortable reading analytics dashboards and translating numbers into content decisions.
•  Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
•  Experience with SEO, Google Ads, or email marketing platforms.
