About the Role
OCC Design & Build is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution from planning, coordination to completion
- Oversee site progress, ensuring work is carried out according to design, specifications, and timeline
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project budget, costs, and resource allocation
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements are met
- Resolve site issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation
- Lead and guide site teams to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of project management, site coordination, and technical drawings
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites
