Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Job title is Customer Service Executive.
  • Able to handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with the coordination and tracking of shipments. Provide regular updates on the shipment status.
  • Able to respond and resolve customer complaints / concerns efficiently towards customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the multiple teams to ensure smooth and successful delivery of shipments. 
  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Office location at Pelabuhan Klang. Candidate must be willing to work at this location.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in freight or logistics industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact with customers and other team players from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Acquired basic computer and software skills. 
  • A team player with a positive attitude to learn and adapt.
