Job Description

To obtain costing information from vendors, supply chain and project teams.

To prepare gross margin and costing for trading and project-related quotations.

To prepare ROl and IRR costings for leasing business cases.

To liaise with other departments to address costing related issues.

To coordinate tender response meetings with relevant departments.

To record issues and actions during tender response preparation.

To analyze, monitor and update project costs from tender preparation until project or product acceptance by client.

To provide and brief the project team on scope, duration and budget.

To handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Training and coaching shall be provided.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting, Mathematics, Actuarial science, or a related field in project control.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Possess own transport.

Possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Must be able to work independently, well organized, have initiative, multi-tasking, and a high sense of responsibility.

A team leader who is committed, proactive, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and produce work accurately in a timely manner
