Job Description

Customer Success is one of the key functions to drive growth for our restaurant partners. We believe that closing the deal is just the beginning. Our goal is to help our restaurant partners truly leverage on the Oddle Solution to grow their business.

If you are interested in F&B technology industry and looking for an opportunity to develop your client servicing and project coordination skills, while also learning about e-commerce marketing and cross-department collaboration, this role is suitable for you.

What you will do:
  • Build and optimize new merchants' online carts, as part of our pre-sales and merchant success journey
  • Coordinate with merchants and sales team to collect necessary assets for their online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Build merchants' customer database on Oddle system by incorporating their existing CRM or setting up new CRM for them.
  • Execute online and offline marketing initiatives for new merchants to build their customer database and drive initial sales.
  • Provide post-live operational support to merchants.
  • Track merchants' performance metrics and take cross-functional initiatives to drive their revenue growth.

Job Requirements

  • You are self-driven and passionate about helping merchants succeed in their online business.
  • You possess strong communication & organizational skills
  • You are detail-oriented and meticulous.
  • You can challenge the status quo, and are proactive in proposing and taking new initiatives to improve the way things are run.
  • You are open-minded and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and possess good attitude towards learning and improving.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. Previous experience in a project management/coordination or marketing role is a plus
  • Good command of Mandarin as you will be working with Chinese-speaking merchants.
  • Malaysian applicants are preferred as this role requires an intermediate knowledge & experience of the local market
