Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Grow business vertical by identifying and selling to prospects that include Property management companies, Developers, Real Estate Associations, Joint Management Bodies & Management Committees.
- Consultative selling by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending solutions based on client requirements.
- Management of accounts and supporting client enquiries that lead to upselling opportunities throughout business relationship.
- Develop and support customer through effective cross-channel marketing solutions.
Job Requirements
● Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in selling software as a solution in relation to the property sector.
● Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in any field, preferably media, marketing or technology related.
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both in spoken and written
● Strong analytical skills for relevant recommendations of business opportunities to customers
● Strong understanding in property/property management industry
● Creative, problem solver with ability and experience understanding the business requirements of customers and delivering innovative solutions/options
● Strong commitment to sales and service with excellent interpersonal skills, initiatives, and follow-through
● A positive & can-do work attitude
● Team player with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
● Able to handle multiple priorities while meeting targets.
● Self-motivated individual

● Proficiency in MS Office
● Must be willing to travel.
