Job Description

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and HR administration
• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Support payroll, leave administration, and attendance monitoring
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to a positive work environment

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency in HR payroll systems e.g. IFLEXI, Microsoft Excel, and HR administration tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferably able to communicate in Chinese (spoken and/or written)
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage

Work location : Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru

Working hour : 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
