We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Junior) to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out taking off and BQ preparation.
• Provide necessary support in professional and efficiency manner for tendering and price negotiation process.
• Prepare work order and other related documents.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal parties such as purchase and project department, and external parties such as sub contractors for all pre-contract process and post-contract process.
• Attend for all necessary site valuation and site measurements for certifying the contractor's progress claim.
• Assist superior and managers to prepare for cost comparison and budget control.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to prepare related contract adjustment reports and documents such as variation order for finalization of accounts.
• Carry out task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate shall possess a minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage.

Job position based in Johor Bahru.
