Job Description

 We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to support our daily operations across admin, HR, and accounts. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to multiple business functions and is eager to learn how a company runs end-to-end.

 Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist in daily office operations and coordination 
  • Manage documents, filing, and data entry 
  • Support internal communication and scheduling

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

  • Mandarin proficiency is a must
