Job Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is perfect for students who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and turning ideas into real-world experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events (corporate events, launches, roadshows, workshops, etc.)
• Support event logistics including venue setup, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site support
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners
• Help prepare event materials (run sheets, checklists, signage, invitations)
• Assist in budget tracking and quotations
• Support event marketing & promotion (social media posts, EDMs, simple content creation)
• Handle guest registration and attendee coordination
• Provide on-site event support before, during, and after events
• Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to work weekends or event days
• Comfortable working in a team and a fast-moving environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Creative mindset is a plus 🎨
