Job Description

•  Assist in daily production of tofu and soy-based products according to company SOP
• Prepare raw materials such as soybeans (washing, soaking, grinding, filtering)
• Support tofu processing activities including coagulation, pressing, cutting, and packing
• Operate basic kitchen and production equipment under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of production area, equipment, tools, and utensils
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products
• Help with loading, unloading, and arranging raw materials and finished goods
• Perform basic quality checks and report any abnormalities to supervisor
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor or management

Job Requirements

•  Able to assist in the preparation and processing of tofu and soy-based products
• Willing to work in a food manufacturing / factory kitchen environment
• Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), hygiene, and food safety guidelines
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours, lift light to medium loads, and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation (washing, cleaning equipment, workstations, and utensils)
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
• Willing to work early mornings, overtime, or shifts when required
• No prior experience required (training will be provided); experience in food production is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food handling or food safety is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
