🐾 Welcome to PAWTERNSHIP

Not your typical internship.

Ollie & Hana Pet Nursery is looking for creative, energetic and hands-on interns to join our PAWTERNSHIP Programme — a 12-week internship designed around real projects, real experiences and real impact.

You'll get exposure across business, marketing, content, events and community engagement, while working alongside our team to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Get To Do

• Create engaging social media content
• Brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns
• Plan and run roadshows, events and activations
• Engage with pet parents and our community
• Support partnerships, promotions and business initiatives
• Contribute ideas and experiment with new ways to grow the Ollie & Hana brand
• Work on real projects that you can add to your portfolio

You'll be encouraged to create, experiment, take ownership and make things happen — not just observe from the sidelines.

And yes, you'll be surrounded by plenty of pets along the way. 🐶

Job Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Advertising, Media, Event Management or a related field
• Creative and comfortable sharing new ideas
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Interested in marketing, events, business and community engagement
• Comfortable interacting with pet parents and working around pets
• Able to commit to approximately 12 weeks

Bonus Points

• Experience with Canva, CapCut or social media content creation
• Comfortable appearing in or producing short-form content
• Experience organising university events, clubs or activities
• Have your own creative projects, portfolio or social media work

No prior professional experience is required. We're more interested in your attitude, ideas and willingness to learn.
