Klang Valley (Outlet HQ or Multi-Branch Support)
Experience Required:
1–3 years in Human Resources, preferably in retail, F&B, or service industries
Job Objective
To support and execute end-to-end HR operations across Ollie & Hana’s expanding outlets—ensuring a high-performance, warm, and accountable culture through effective people management, compliance, and employee engagement practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection for outlet and HQ roles
- Conduct onboarding sessions, prepare employment contracts, and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate orientation and training schedules with outlet managers
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Prepare and validate attendance, allowances, and commission data for payroll processing
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely salary payouts
- Support staff claims, incentives, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, and medical leave processing
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Help enforce disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution in line with company policy
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to improve retention
4. Performance & Compliance
- Track and support monthly performance reviews (using SOP KPIs and hygiene audits)
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure staff compliance across all branches
- Support manager training on coaching, feedback, and improvement plans
5. HR Operations & Admin
- Manage HRIS tools, update employee rosters and documents
- Coordinate training schedules and development plans (e.g., Pet School upskilling)
- Generate monthly HR reports: absenteeism, turnover, incident tracking
6. Culture & Engagement
- Support the planning of staff appreciation events, birthdays, celebrations
- Promote a judgment-free, warm, and high-accountability culture
- Work with management to align HR practices with company mission and values
