If you enjoy digital marketing, Canva design, running ads, creating funnels, email marketing, and hunting for quality leads — you’ll fit right into this role.
You’ll help market Sydney & Melbourne off-the-plan properties, build the social media presence for OMG Properties, and support digital marketing campaigns for our property management division.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run FB/IG/Google ads to generate enquiries
- Design eye-catching visuals & short-form content using Canva
- Manage OMG Properties’ social media pages (with guidance)
- Assist in campaigns to attract new property management clients
- Build lead forms & funnels & landing page (if necessary)
- Run email marketing campaigns (newsletters, onboarding sequences, promotions)
- Find leads through targeted searches, research, communities, & digital tools
- Analyze data to reduce CPL and boost conversions
- Work closely with our Sydney team to ensure smooth lead follow-up
Job Requirements
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Has 1–3 years experience in digital marketing
- Knows Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads
- Is excellent with Canva (must!)
- Has experience in email marketing platforms
- Comfortable with lead sourcing and online research
- Writes confidently in English (mandarin is a plus point)
- Fast, independent, and obsessed with improving results
- Loves trying ideas and learning new strategies
