• Managed all aspects of customer service and order processing for export orders. 
• Coordinated with freight forwarders to arrange shipments and transportation logistics.
• Handled the complete spectrum of shipping documentation, including Bank L/C, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, FMM Certificates, and others.
• Arranged and processed import shipments efficiently.
• Liaised with regulatory authorities such as FMM, MITI, and MIDA on matters related to regulatory compliance and duty exemptions.
• Performed other ad-hoc administrative and logistics duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Details oriented
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, FMM Certificate). 
• Familiarity with Letter of Credit (L/C) processes and Incoterms. 
• Experience working with customs clearance, duty exemption processes, and liaising with regulatory bodies (e.g., MITI, MIDA, FMM). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs agents, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple shipments and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
