Job Duties: 

• Plan and execute various marketing campaigns, events, and company conferences 
• Coordinate and lead distributors/partners in implementing marketing activities 
• Manage event operations, scheduling, and on-site execution 
• Support the company’s market development strategies 
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth event execution 
• 策划与执行公司各类市场营销活动及大型会议 
• 带领与协调团队及经销伙伴执行市场推广活动 
• 负责活动流程安排、现场统筹与执行管理 
• 协助推动市场发展策略 
• 与各部门保持良好沟通与协调，确保活动顺利进行 

Job Requirements

• Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills 
• Good presentation and public speaking abilities 
• Understanding of corporate strategies and operational procedures 
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality with an optimistic mindset 
• Experience in direct selling / MLM industry will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Chinese (必需通晓中文), English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• 具备良好的人际沟通与协调能力 
• 拥有优秀口头表达及主持能力 
• 了解企业运作流程与市场策略 
• 性格积极主动、热情开朗，拥有正面人生观 
• 有直销 / MLM 行业经验者优先考虑
• 必需通晓中文，国文和英文
