We are now looking for a Chief of Staff / COO who will play a pivotal senior leadership role—shaping strategy, guiding our team, and ensuring we stay ahead of industry shifts.

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff / COO will act as the right hand to the CEO, overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring our teams deliver exceptional client results. This role blends strategic leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on marketing expertise.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of deep performance marketing experience and is ready to step into a senior leadership role where they’ll drive impact not just in campaigns, but in how the agency itself grows.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Partner with the CEO to set agency direction, goals, and priorities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members across media buying, creative, and analytics.
• Create and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Act as a bridge between leadership and client-facing teams, ensuring alignment.

Performance Marketing Expertise

• Oversee high-level strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Guide account managers and strategists in scaling campaigns profitably.
• Review performance regularly, troubleshooting accounts and advising on optimization.
• Stay at the forefront of industry changes, testing and adopting new tools, ad formats, and best practices.

Operations & Growth

• Ensure the agency’s operations run smoothly, from client onboarding to delivery.
• Support business development efforts, providing strategic insights and input.
• Build systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs, team performance, and client results.
• Take ownership of agency culture—promoting curiosity, innovation, and accountability.

Job Requirements

• 7–10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering ROI across multiple industries.
• Previous experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong operational mindset—able to build processes and structure in a fast-moving environment.
• Naturally curious and experimental; passionate about testing, learning, and improving.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
