Digital Marketing Analyst Program – Marketing Track

Our Digital Marketing Analyst Program (DMAP) is a structured pipeline designed to fast-track your career in digital marketing. 

You’ll start as a Digital Marketing Intern in the Marketing Track, where you’ll work closely with our Account Managers and Media Buyers, supporting campaign launches, reporting, and optimizations. We also have a Creative Track for videos, copywriting and graphic design.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, building a strong foundation in digital marketing. 

After completing your internship, you’ll progress into deeper training across paid platforms by spending 1 year learning Meta & TikTok ads, and 1 more year learning Google Ads.

You’ll graduate from the DMAP into either the Media Buyer track (driving campaign performance) or the Account Manager track (leading client strategy and relationships). 

With mentorship and structured training, you’ll be equipped to grow into a full-fledged digital marketer within 2.5-3 years.

Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like This:

  • Assist in planning, launching, and managing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Learn how to analyze campaign performance and report on key results
  • Work directly with our account managers to understand each client’s goals and KPIs.
  • Contribute to weekly reports and presentations that help clients see the value of what we do.
  • Stay updated on what’s trending—because knowing what’s hot on TikTok or Instagram might spark the next winning campaign.
  • Shadow senior media buyers and absorb best practices, frameworks, and playbooks for ad success.

Job Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Spends time on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube (yup, scrolling can be useful).
  • Has strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and media buying.
  • Is comfortable with data and numbers—basic spreadsheets don’t scare you.
  • Is a critical thinker who’s curious about why things work.
  • Communicates clearly in English (writing & speaking).
  • Is a self-starter, team player, detail oriented and quick learner. To prove your eye for detail, include the word MAGIC in your application email.
  • Has a sense of ownership—when you do something, you really want it done right.

Bonus (but not required):

  • Has dabbled with running an ad before (even if it’s just boosting a post).
  • Has taken any online course in digital marketing (Google, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
  • Can name a brand whose ads they admire—and explain why.
