Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Production Intern who’s passionate about storytelling through visuals and eager to learn the ins and outs of digital content creation.

As part of the creative team, you’ll assist in producing videos for social media, brand campaigns, and live projects. You’ll work closely with our content creators, marketing strategists, and design team to bring ideas to life. This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Support the creative team during pre-production, filming, and post-production stages.
• Help with setting up lighting, camera angles, and sound for shoots.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and other marketing visuals.
• Organize and manage video files, footage, and project archives.
• Stay updated with video trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing team members to produce high-quality deliverables.
   

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Film, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
• Familiarity with filming equipment (camera setup, audio gear, lighting) is a plus.
• Creative eye for visuals, composition, and pacing.
• Strong interest in social media content creation.
• Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving agency environment.
