We’re now expanding our creative capabilities and looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our growing team. Whether you’re a Junior Designer looking to build your portfolio or a Senior Designer ready to lead projects, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

As an Interior Designer at Launchpad, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative, functional, and aesthetic design solutions that meet client needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure every design vision is executed to perfection — from concept to completion.

Job Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts that align with client requirements and brand identity.
• Prepare design proposals, layout plans, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material boards.
• Select furniture, finishes, materials, and color schemes suited to the project’s needs and aesthetics.
• Coordinate and follow up on project execution to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee work, resolve design-related issues, and ensure timelines are met.
• Manage client communication, including design presentations, revisions, and approvals.
• Support the team in preparing tender documentation, cost estimates, and project reports.
   

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
• Strong creativity with a solid understanding of aesthetics, space planning, and functionality.
• Excellent project management, time management, and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey ideas effectively to clients, contractors, and team members.
• Junior Designer: Minimum 1 year of experience (internships considered).
• Senior Designer: Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in managing full design projects.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
