<div>On a day-to-day basis, you will support and drive the client team to ensure we meet our clients' strategic targets, ensure their programmes are being managed effectively, and drive key initiatives. You will ensure that deadlines are met, manage any complaint issues against agreed SLAs, and ensure the client team is responding to client requests promptly.</div><div><br>Month to month, you will be responsible for attending client reviews, understanding in detail their programme performance, and working with the clients and client director to initiate any actions deemed necessary to maintain and improve the performance of their programmes.</div><div><br>On an ongoing basis, you will work closely with the client director to map out yearly work plans and develop key regional initiatives that strengthen our business and clients' programmes.</div><div><br>In time, you will be responsible for developing new campaigns and clients, managing their budgets, and contracts, and negotiating new agreements.</div><div><br><strong>The person:</strong></div><div><br>You will be an open, transparent, and clear communicator. You add value to OmniRaise by ensuring high performance across our different channels and maintain strong, long-term relationships that safeguard our revenue and partnerships.<br><strong>Major Duties and Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Work closely with client director to create and implement key strategies across the region to improve profitability, strengthen relationships, create new business, and explore innovative ways to improve our partners' experience (non-exhaustive)</li><li>Advise clients on processes and initiatives that improve their programmes</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry standards, trends, and innovations</li><li>Create strong ROI for our clients and internal business by making informed decisions and implementing strategies that improve the overall health of our channels</li><li>Act as the key contact point for our client management team</li><li>Be the key escalation point for our clients when needed</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, attending with clients, and creating actionable plans to improve performance and decrease pain points</li><li>Ensure contracts and agreements are up to date and being adhered to</li><li>Drive day-to-day initiatives and performance across our channels by managing the client team effectively</li><li>Support the regional client director, managing calendars and engagements with key stakeholders and clients</li><li>Consolidate performance reports from face-to-face fundraising, telemarketing fundraising, and digital fundraising, presenting top-line reports to regional client director</li><li>Create and manage client teams work plans and outcomes</li><li>Ensure all client deadlines and SLAs are being met</li><li>Analyse the reports of event performance, sales performance, attrition performance, quality assurance, and analysis and work with the client director to implement and drive key initiatives to improve the profitability of each programme</li><li>Manage the client team to create and launch activation campaigns, client toolkits, training, and scripting</li><li>Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with existing clients, connect with key business executives and stakeholders, and drive new relationships and business</li><li>Provide customer support when needed</li><li>Effectively manage and engage with different departments to ensure smooth and professional execution of client programmes and initiatives</li></ul>
