Job Description

  1. Inventory at hand, newly assigned laptop/pc, laptop/pc returned by resigned staff, functioning/damaged laptop, or PC.
  2. Tracking of laptop/pc inventory by brand and by model.
  3. Tracking of laptop/pc that have been loaned, exchanged, assigned to new joiners or collected/to be collected back from resigned personnel.
  4. Monitor and verify other IT asset quantity movement such as mobile phone, pad/tablet and projector.
  5. Periodically tidy up IT Asset store.
  6. Manage asset inventory and ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted for.
  7. Perform asset management support activities in accordance with company policy.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 - 3 years of experience in administrative operations, expense management, procurement, or facilities support.
  3. Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills with good attention to detail.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  5. Able to read, write, and speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or stakeholders.
  6. Good communication skills in English and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
