Job Description

     • Stock in and issue Tax Invoice, Transfer Note and etc.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
• You are also required to perform the duties as may prescribed by the Company from time to time*FILLING GRN (EVERY SUPPLIER)
 

    • Key in GRN (Every Supplier).
• Arrange and check statement (Every Supplier).
• Key in spare part (Every Supplier).
• Payment for fax machine and cleaning.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
• You are also required to perform the duties as may prescribed by the Company from time to time.
