Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials
• Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and internal coordination
• Help update and maintain databases, records, and simple reports
• Provide support in market research, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Assist in communication between sales and operation teams
• Join team discussions and brainstorming sessions

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree student in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 
• Good command of English & Mandarin in both verbal and written.
• Active in & like to browse social media.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive learner 
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to start immediately would be preferred
