Job Description
Kami sedang mencari Boutique Manager / Supervisor yang berpengalaman untuk mengurus operasi harian butik, memimpin pasukan jualan, dan memastikan prestasi butik mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan.
Tanggungjawab utama:
- Mengurus operasi harian butik
- Memimpin & memantau team sales/retail staff
- Memastikan KPI jualan dicapai
- Mengurus stok, display & susun atur butik
- Menyediakan laporan jualan & operasi
- Menjaga pengalaman pelanggan di tahap premium
- Training & coaching staf baru
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree dalam bidang berkaitan (Business, Management, Marketing atau setara)
- Minimum 2–3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Manager / Supervisor / Team Lead (retail/fashion lebih diutamakan)
- Mempunyai kemahiran leadership yang kuat
- Berpengalaman dalam sales & customer service
- Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan & capai target
- Komunikasi baik & profesional
