Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Web3 Wallet Operations Manager to lead the daily operations, user growth, community management, and marketing efforts for our wallet product. This role will work closely with product, tech, marketing, and community teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute overall wallet operation strategies for user growth, retention, and engagement.
• Manage community platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.), organize online events, AMAs, campaigns, and task-based engagement.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve wallet functionality and user experience (including fiat on-ramps, gas fee optimization, DApp ecosystem integration).
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase wallet adoption among Web3 developers and users.
• Partner with ecosystem projects to drive wallet integration in cross-chain, RWA, DeFi, and NFT use cases.
• Use data analysis (user behavior, on-chain data) to optimize operational strategies and generate actionable reports.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, operations, or blockchain-related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in product operations or growth; prior experience in blockchain or crypto wallets is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of Web3 wallets (e.g., MetaMask, OKX Wallet, Phantom, Trust Wallet) and on-chain transactions.
• Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, RWA, cross-chain bridges, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Proven community management, growth hacking, and campaign planning skills.
• Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus. Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  Nice to Have
• Experience driving user growth or marketing campaigns for wallet or DApp products.
• Knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen).
• Experience operating hackathons or Web3 ecosystem events.
