Responsibilities

We are seeking talented Move Language Developers to join OneChain, a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain built on Move. As a Move developer, you will be at the forefront of building smart contracts, core protocols, and developer tools that power next-generation decentralized applications (dApps) and real-world asset solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and on-chain modules using the Move language.
2. Collaborate with the core engineering team to enhance OneChain’s blockchain architecture and runtime.
3. Build reusable libraries, SDKs, and developer tools to accelerate ecosystem adoption.
4. Ensure security, efficiency, and scalability of smart contracts through best coding practices and audits.
5. Research and implement advanced blockchain features such as cross-chain interoperability, DeFi primitives, and modular privacy.
6. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation writing.
7. Contribute to hackathons, open-source initiatives, and Move developer community growth.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends in Move, Sui, Aptos, and broader blockchain technology.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. 3+ years of software development experience, with at least 1+ year in blockchain or smart contract programming.
2. Hands-on experience with Move language (Sui or Aptos) or willingness to transition from Solidity/Rust to Move.
3. Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus, state management, cryptography, and DeFi protocols.
4. Ability to write clean, secure, and optimized smart contract code.
5. Familiarity with developer tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD for blockchain development.
6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
7. Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
8. Passionate about Web3, open-source development, and decentralized finance.
