ONTRACK Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and generate profitable, recurring business.

This is a hunter role. We need someone who can identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, win RFQs and convert prospects into active customers.

Key responsibilities:

* Acquire new B2B customers across manufacturing, freight forwarding, e-commerce, retail/FMCG, warehousing and distribution sectors.

* Develop opportunities for domestic trucking, airport and port movements, cross-border transport, dedicated fleet and related logistics services.

* Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.

* Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margins.

* Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through account activation.

* Work closely with operations and finance to ensure smooth service delivery and payment collection.

* Grow new accounts into recurring monthly business.

Job Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in logistics, trucking, freight forwarding, 3PL or warehousing.

* Proven record of securing new customers and generating billable revenue.

* Existing logistics, manufacturing or supply-chain industry connections are an advantage.

* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

* Own transport and willing to attend customer meetings and site visits.

Employment: Full-time

Competitive basic salary with performance-based commission/incentives

Performance will be measured based on new active customers, billed revenue, gross profit, pipeline quality, collections and account retention.
