About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our Product QA, Data QA, and General Operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about product development, quality assurance, and operations in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
As an intern, you’ll work closely with our product, operations, and engagement teams, gaining exposure to both technical and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data QA: Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Document and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs
- Performing smoke, sanity, and regression testing
- Verifying fixes after bugs are resolved
- Assisting with UAT support

What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with basic testing tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, Postman) is an advantage
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable handling both technical tasks (QA, data checks) and general operations.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
