Job Description

• Perform monthly journal postings including accruals, reversals, and adjustment entries.
• Prepare and reconcile schedules such as fixed assets, prepayments, and deposits.
• Monitor monthly rental and other expenses, perform variance analysis for actuals vs. forecast and budget.
• Perform intercompany receivable reconciliations and issuance of debit notes.
• Assist in monthly closing tasks, prepare reporting packs, and support monthly forecasting.
• Liaise with regional finance and respective departments on reconciliation of financial data and forecasting numbers.
• Prepare audit schedules, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain proper records.
• Assist on preparing departmental budgets, sales analysis, and support regional and after-sales finance processes.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Accounting / Management / Banking /Finance or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
• Team player and possess effective time management skills to meet deadlines
