Job Description

• Support daily OBS operations, including planning and implementing brand store SOPs, managing visibility, and handling daily opening and closing tasks.
• Conduct audit checks periodically to ensure store excellence.
• Support training and development efforts to ensure the retail team delivers outstanding customer service and demonstrates competency.
• Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient management and high sales performance
• Undertake any ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Summary:

To support the daily operations of the OPPO Brand Store (OBS), focusing on driving sales and managing employees. This includes recruitment, performance evaluation, coaching, and developing the team to ensure staff represent and embrace OPPO's values and goals.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
• Strong communication, writing and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written is required.
