Talent Acquisition

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist in developing clear and accurate job descriptions and defining hiring requirements with hiring managers.
• Post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms and monitor job posting performance.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates before presenting shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
• Review job applications and assist in background verification checks.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating new hire orientation and conducting exit interviews.

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility across digital platforms.
• Assist in managing and creating content for social media platforms to promote company culture and recruitment activities.

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and claims administration.
• Assist in general HR administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
• Detailed oriented, strong communication, writing and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written is required.
