Job Description

• Manage process of ordering and storing of components in warehouse, ensure all products are quantified and categorized correctly
• Perform components physical inventory check in warehouse and service center to ensure the accuracy of in-out components are in line with inventory report & system
• Monitor and predict potential inventory problems (e.g., components inefficiencies or excessive surplus, logistic issue)
• Work closely with service provider on picking activities
• Monitor logistic processes from warehouse to service center across Malaysia and resolve lost/ damaged delivery if any
• Manage warehouse administrative matters
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior and manager when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
