Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and delivering effective sales training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and business impact. It includes designing curriculum, developing trainers, executing training sessions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure measurable improvement in sales performance across regions. 

Job Descriptions:

  1. Curriculum Development
    Design and develop product training by translating features and selling points into practical user scenarios and effective sales scripts. Create multilingual training materials—including slides, trainer guides, trainee manuals, and assessments—and simplify complex technical concepts into clear, sales-oriented content.
  2. Trainer Development
    Lead trainer certification programs and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) initiatives to ensure consistent training quality and delivery standards across all regions.
  3. Training Delivery
    Conduct online and in-person trainings for new products, key projects, and priority markets. Provide on-site support to sales teams during major campaigns and critical sales periods.
  4. Training Effectiveness Management
    Monitor training KPIs such as participation, pass rates, and sales conversion impact. Analyze results to continuously optimize training content and delivery methods.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree and above in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • 1- 2 years working experience in consumer electronics, mobile phone industry or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay (Oral and Written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills.
  • Willing to travel and support regional training programs and key project implementations.
